GENERAL NOTICE

The following Terms and Conditions ("T&C") set forth herein, apply to any services offered, sold, or otherwise provided by HomeTownTV ("HTTV"). Regarding paid service(s) (to HTTV clients), such T&C current at the time of any purchase will be honored through the course of the associated service period. All other (non-paid) services of HTTV are provided as a courtesy, and are governed by the current T&C at any given time. However, be advised, all T&C are subject to modification(s) at HTTV's sole right and discretion; and, any future new or renewed services will be strictly provided according to the (then) current T&C at that time of use (and/or purchase, as for paid service(s)). BANNER ADS

  • Term discounts are available at checkout; 5% off, per every 3 months secured (up to 1 year and 20%)

  • All ads may be interspersed with site content. Ads appear in rotation (relative to other ads), according to the "Ad Occurence" option you select/purchase (i.e., appearing 1st, 2nd, 3rd or later), as applied to the (re)loading or each page presenting ads, respectively.

  • Except where otherwise stipulated, banner ads are single slide by default. | Multi-slide options are supported; but, please contact us for more information. Additional fees may apply.

  • Ad frequency will be in equal distribution with all other ads, but is otherwise strictly subject to the individual user's viewing behavior.

  • Ads appear on all pages featuring sponsors, except where page-specific promotion(s) may be designated.

  • Unless separately coordinated with HTTV, client is responsible for ad creation and delivery. Periodic updates are permitted; but, all ad content is subject to review by HTTV.

  • Content should remain "family-friendly," though HTTV reserves all rights to editorial approval in its sole discretion.

  • Always allow up to 72 hours for any (re)submission of content to be published after review. - Though certain updates may be permitted to appear in near real-time, as may be permitted according to the client history and subject matter.

  • All ads, pricing, and related terms of service are strictly month-to-month (measured as a minimum thirty (30) day service period, beginning from the time of purchase), except where sponsor has secured discounting for a longer period of service (i.e., 3, 6, or more months).

  • Unless otherwise stated, display ads are delivered via a rotating banner (cycling at 5 seconds per impression), featuring multiple sponsors.

  • As a courtesy, any paid Banner Ad sponsorships also include a "Business Directory Feature Ad" in a Category, which the client may select from HTTV's available list. This is an otherwise separate premium service; but, it is extended to the client at no additional cost. The term of service will be the same time period as client's purchased banner ad. | This special Business Directory banner is multi-slide enabled, and may include as many slides in rotation as client wishes, though the ad will appear specifically on the Directory Category page of client's choosing.
